Imports Circle's theme tokens and shared UI primitives into
@quickhub/uias the base design system for QuickHub.This adds the supporting dependencies, shared hook, and lockfile updates needed for the imported component set.
It also rewrites the home, login, and dashboard routes to use the new shared cards, badges, buttons, and avatar primitives so the design system is wired into the app immediately.
